Компания «ХХХ», именуемая в дальнейшем «Исполнитель», в лице _______, действующего на основании Устава, с одной стороны и Компания «YYY», именуемая в дальнейшем «Клиент», с другой стороны, в лице директора ________, действующего на основании доверенности № __ от «__» _______ 200 _ г.совместно именуемые «Стороны», заключили настоящий Договор о нижеследующем:
1. ПРЕДМЕТ ДОГОВОРА
1.1. Клиент поручает, а Исполнитель принимает на себя обязанность оказывать юридические услуги в объеме и на условиях, предусмотренных настоящим Соглашением.
2. Порядок оплаты
2.1. Клиент за выполнение работ, указанных в пункте 1.1., выплачивает Исполнителю вознаграждение, исходя из почасовых ставок, согласованных сторонами на текущий календарный год.
2.2. Согласованные почасовые ставки вознаграждений отражаются в Приложении № 1 к данному Договору, являющемуся его неотъемлемой частью.
3. Порядок разрешения споров
3.1. Взаимоотношения сторон регулируются законодательством Российской Федерации. В случае возникновения каких-либо разногласий по настоящему договору, все споры подлежат разрешению путем переговоров.
3.2. Настоящий договор составлен в 2-х экземплярах: по одному для каждой стороны.

The company “XXX”, in the person of __________, acting on the basis of the Charter, hereinafter referred to as the “Executor”, on the one hand, and the Company “YYY”, in the person of _________, acting on the basis of the letter of attorney № __ d/d __ /__ / 200_ , hereinafter referred to as the “Client”, on the other hand, together referred to as the “Parties”, have concluded the present Contract on the following:
1. THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
1.1. The Client shall order, and the Executor shall render legal services to the extend and under the conditions stated in the present Contract.
2. Payment procedure
2.1. In accordance with the clause 1.1 of the present Contract, the Client undertakes to remunerate the Executor for the services rendered on the basis of hourly rates agreed upon by the Parties for the current calendar year.
2.2. The hourly rates of the remuneration agreed upon by the Parties are to be stated in the Appendix № 1, which is an integral part of the present Contract.
3. Disputes between the Parties
3.1. The relations between the Parties are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation. All disputes which may arise out of or in connection with the present Contract are to be settled by means of negotiations.
3.2. The present Contract is drawn up in two copies; one copy for each Party.
